This is a reminder of the third task weekend in Oakley Wood.

George Green of the WWT will as usual be leading the activity, and will have some of the usual energetic winter activities lined up – sycamore-sapling removal, coppicing,  caber-tossing (I made that one up). Details are pretty much as normal (when & where to meet, contact if first time, etc) – see here. Tools will be provided as always but bring your hard hat if you have been issued with one.

Unless WWT have found a bit of extra cash down the back of one of their sofas, we still won’t be getting tea/coffee/biscuits provided, so if you want refreshments, bring them with you.
